- Introduction: These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the affiliate program (the “Program”) offered by Creative & Healthy Premium Video Platform (the “Company”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid account on one or more social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Affiliate Links and Text: As an affiliate, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Company’s affiliate links and text in accordance with these Terms. You may post these links and text on your social media accounts, but may not use them in any other manner.
- Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner when posting affiliate links and text. Spamming is strictly prohibited.
- Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
- Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from or in connection with your participation in the Program.
- Changes to the Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without notice. Your continued participation in the Program following any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
- Affiliates are responsible for legally registering their side income for tax purposes and will ensure that they pay their taxes as applicable. They are also responsible for registering their self-employment activity for this income with their local business registration office.
- Payments are only processed via PayPal. 35 days after the successful sale, the partners receive their commission, if there is no refund and no withdrawal for this sale. There is no minimum payout.
